"I am a 22 year old female who was in ok shape when I met my trainer Wendy. I weighed 128lbs at 5'6'', but I had absolutely no muscle mass, was extremely weak, and had little self esteem. Three weeks before I knew about Wendy I had lipo-suction to my abdomen and breast augmentation. I realized that if I was going to spend more than 7 thousand dollars on plastic surgery I would be dammed if I would let this body go to pot.
